
Scope:
– Survey of the premise.
-Interview with the engineering staff of the premise.
– Assess existing water/ indoor air quality maintenance management procedures and duties.
– Assess contractor’s duties and compliance as per the local and international standards and regulations.
-Physical water & indoor air condition examination including onsite tests and laboratory analysis.
-Reporting the Water & Indoor Air Quality Risk Assessment by rating the risk.
– Advising corrective actions for any non-compliance noted in water risk assessment. It involves providing expert advice on the appropriate corrective actions that need to be taken.
